Ambassador Xing Haiming Meets with Mongolian Finance Minister

  On May 28, Ambassador Xing Haiming met with Mongolian Finance Minister Khurlbaatar.

  Ambassador Xing said that the current comprehensive strategic partnership between China and Mongolia has continued to deepen. Recently, Mongolian President Bart Tuoler paid a state visit to China and attended the second "One Belt, One Road" international cooperation summit forum. President Xi Jinping and Li Keqiang The Prime Minister held a very good meeting with him. The leaders of the two countries have actively promoted the strategy of "One Belt, One Road" and "Development Road" and reached consensus on strengthening economic and trade cooperation. This year marks the 70th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Mongolia. I believe that under the guidance of the leaders of the two countries, China-Mongolia economic and trade cooperation will achieve new progress and take a new step.

  Khurlbaatar said that Mongolia and China are friendly neighbors linked by mountains and rivers. Not long ago, the Mongolian President visited China and attended the second "Belt and Road" international cooperation summit forum, which has achieved fruitful results. The two countries have signed a series of economic and trade cooperation agreements. The Mongolian Ministry of Finance is willing to work with relevant Chinese departments to actively implement relevant achievements, add lustre to the 70th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Mongolia and China, and contribute to the development of bilateral relations.
