Recently, we found someone in the social media maliciously spread rumors that the Chinese Embassy extend visa waiting time to 1-3 months, if you entrust to the so-called "agent" and pay high fees to him, you can get your visa in 3-5 days. The above rumor is not true.

The Chinese Embassy, in accordance relavant regulations, generally issues visas within 1 to 3 working days. In the event of special circumstances, the applicant may be required to wait for over 1 month. We remind visa applicants to pay attention to the following tips.

First, the Chinese Embassy in Mongolia has never entrusted any agency or individual with visa issues. To apply for a visa to China, the applicant must come to our Embassy in person and provide the required materials.

Second, any worker in the Chinese Embassy in Mongolia is not allowed to charge any fees in cash. The windows of our Embassy do not accept cash payment. All the visa fees must be paid though GOLOMT Bank.

Third, all applicants are kindly required to obey our regulations on applying visa, fee payment and receiving visa. Do not trust the so-called "agent".
